Harold Kooreman is a policy analyst for the Center for Health Policy. Mr. Kooreman has worked on several mental-health related studies including the Central State Hospital Discharge Study and the Dawn Project Evaluation Study. Currently, Mr. Kooreman is coordinating the statewide evaluation for the Strategic Prevention Framework-State Incentive Grant, a federally funded program designed to promote data-driven decision making for substance abuse prevention in Indiana. Mr. Kooreman has worked for Indiana University in various research-related positions since 1995. He joined the Center in July 2005. Mr. Kooreman received his B.A. from Butler University, majoring in Psychology and Spanish. He received his M.A. in Clinical Psychology from Ball State University.
